Howdy friends,

Here’s this week’s installment of my music news…

Had a great night at Sunfire Grill where every Monday there’s a songwriters night. I sit in with several of the writers as they do their thing. Working my way up to getting some songs written and plugging in a couple myself…. One step at a time, this whole guitar thing is still kinda new to me (well, at least it’s been a good while). What’s with 6 strings anyway??? I’m used to 8!! 🙂

As the week unfolds it seems I have as much private as public performing on my plate…

Tuesday 12/13 – Dunleavy’s Pub on Sullivan’s Island 7:30pm

I’ll be there with Walter & Gary this week and playing a good bit of guitar and singing too. (No worries, not giving up my beloved Mandolin) I’ve been working on my Bluegrass and Vintage Country repertoire!!!

Last week my longtime buddy and faux brother Roger Bellow showed up and stayed the whole night. That was a blast! Never know who else might drop in. I’m sure Roger will be back at some point in the future.

Wednesday night 12/14 is a private gig locally with Blue Plantation. We’ll have more public stuff coming up so stand by for that.

Thursday night 12/15 My good pal Carroll Brown is going to be at Tru Blues in Mt Pleasant (Sorry if I’m jumpin’ the gun there CB!!) He’ll be announcing the start time I’m sure.

CB may or may not be sure but I plan on invading at some point to play some tunes with him (A pleasure I miss too much these days.)

Friday it’s 2 private gigs again – One with my friend Marci Shore on fiddle at a local nursing home, and later another private party with Blue Plantation (ahhh, Christmas parties!!)
